Jen is now the proud mother of two beautiful babies. Zoe & Zachary- born a minute apart on the evening of May 26th. Zachary was 4 lbs, 9 oz. Zoe was 4 lbs. 15 oz. Today is their actual due date if you can believe it. I had the honor of meeting them last week and they are wonderful!
